What is the main message of this workshop, Women-Media, Peace and Security, that journalists are going to communicate?
The question addressed by the trainer, Dumitru ȚÎRA, the director of Realitatea.md, provoking journalists to talk and debate on the methods of communication that are most suitable and attractive to readers, especially, when addressing to women’s and security issues.
There were identified ways in which media representatives can contribute to a better promotion of the Women, Peace and Security agenda in the country, mentioning the importance of establishing effective and ongoing communication between them and the public institutions, responsible for implementing and monitoring the National Action Plan on 1325 resolution.
