Russia’s war against Ukraine, in particular after February 24, 2022 has become a stress test for the Moldovan hard security, economics and energy sector. The naked truth is that Chisinau was not ready for the dramatic events in the neighboring country, which highlighted its own vulnerabilities and boosted protracted problems. However, simultaneously the international situation opens a window of opportunity for fixing the troubles caused by the Russian Octopus and the Project team will share its vision of the solutions.
